Linda Weng, O.D.
OPTOMETRIST

Dr. Linda Weng grew up in Toronto, Canada and completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at McMaster University. She then moved to Boston to pursue her Doctor of Optometry at the New England College of Optometry, graduating with honors.
Dr. Weng provides dry eye therapy, myopia management, and specialty contact lens services at the practice. She also manages a wide variety of ocular health diseases and has experience at a local Boston community health center as well as the Veteran’s Affair Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island.

Dr. Weng’s interests in optometry include myopia management and dry eye therapy. She researched in a myopia-control lab comparing optical biometers in children, which was later presented at the American Academy of Optometry meeting in San Diego, CA. She is dedicated in providing the best care for her patients, which includes incorporating the latest advancements in research for her patients.

Andy Kongsakul, O.D.
OPTOMETRIST
Dr. Andy Kongsakul, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and his Doctorate of Optometry from the State University of New York College of Optometry.
​
Following his tenure as an attending optometrist at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York City, Dr. K established prominent practices in the San Fernando Valley: Valley Optometry Eyecare Center in Reseda, and El Portal Optometry in the NoHo Arts District
​
He actively participates in professional organizations such as the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, San Fernando Valley Optometric Society, and Asian American Optometric Society. Fluent in Spanish and Thai, Dr. Kongsakul establishes strong connections with his diverse patient base.
​
Driven by a commitment to community service, Dr. Kongsakul volunteered at the LACHC clinic in downtown LA, assisting the homeless in Skid Row. He also participated in humanitarian missions with Unite for Sight, delivering essential eye care to underserved villages in Ghana.

Dr. K enjoy spending time with his wife and two children, exploring various cuisines, attending concerts, traveling, snowboarding, and passionately supporting the Lakers.
Tim Trinh, O.D. FAAO
OPTOMETRIST
Tim Trinh, O.D., F.A.A.O, received his Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry at UCLA in 2003 and a Doctorate in Optometry at UC Berkeley in 2007. He completed a residency in ocular disease at the Fresno Veterans Affairs Hospital in 2008 and is one of the few O.D.'s to have taken and passed the board examination for Advanced Competency in Medical Optometry.
Dr. Trinh was appointed a Fellow In The American Academy Of Optometry (FAAO) at the Academy’s annual meeting in San Francisco in 2010. It is an honor held by only ten percent of practicing optometrists. Founded in 1922, the Academy’s mission is to promote the art and science of vision care through lifelong learning. Academy Fellows are held to the highest ethical and professional standards of practice.
Dr. Trinh's practice emphasis is management of geriatric eye diseases, chronic dry eye therapies, post surgical specialty contact lens fittings, prosthetic corneal lenses for keratoconus and other corneal diseases. He lectures frequently in the optometric community providing doctors updates to the latest developments in eye disease management.

Dianna Aliav, O.D.

As a native Southern Californian, Dr. Dianna Aliav's journey began in Woodland Hills, CA, where she was born and raised. Her academic excellence and dedication to her profession led her to complete her B.A. at UCLA, followed by her Doctorate of Optometry from the prestigious Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University, graduating with well-deserved honors.
During her training, Dr. Aliav specialized in managing a wide range of ocular diseases, demonstrating a deep understanding of conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, and specialty contact lenses. Her unwavering commitment to remaining at the forefront of advancements in medicine and optometry drives her to continuously seek out the latest techniques and technologies, ensuring that her patients receive cutting-edge care.
